These are paper hearts sewn together with cinnamon heart candies inside of them.

I also spent a few hours of my Valentine's at the state hospital where Jennie and I volunteer each Tuesday. This week there was a dance, so naturally we had to put this little guy up:

The refreshment of the night was twinkies cut to look like a heart with whipped cream and a cherry on top. Nutritious! Actually, the thought of eating that concoction sent my body into heart failure so I stayed clear. Maybe my ultra health-conscious parents rubbed off on me more than I know?
